The selected share of one Angus cow raised on grass, supplemented with grain.

What to expect:

Each package of meat is individually packaged, frozen, and will last about a year in your freezer. If you purchase a whole or half share, you can customize the cut list. Please bring several coolers with you for pickup.

 

 

With a whole beef share, you will receive approximately 400 lbs of our premium pasture-raised dry aged beef, customized to fit your family’s needs.

Approximately 50% of that will be premium steaks, roasts, brisket, braising cuts, fajita strips, stew meat, and other cuts; the other 50% will be ground beef or burger patties. The cuts you receive will depend on your selections and the animal being processed.

You will need around 16 cubic feet of freezer space for a Whole Beef Share, and 9 cubic feet for a Half Beef Share.

Please note that beef shares are only available for pickup and cannot be shipped.

To secure your beef share:

  • Pay our $400 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.
  • We will personally reach out to you via email to provide you with your customized Cut Sheet. Your Cut Sheet serves as your instruction guide for our processor, specifying how you'd like your animal to be butchered and detailing the cuts you'll receive in return. If this is your first experience with a beef share or if you would like assistance in tailoring the cuts to best suit your family's needs, feel free to schedule a call with us, and we will work together to fill out your Cut Sheet. We are here to help.
  • You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately two weeks after the processing date.
  • Your remaining balance ($5.00/lb carcass weight) will be due before pickup.
Please Note: This is the initial deposit only. Pricing is $5.00 per pound, rail weight, not including butcher fee. Final invoice to be paid before pickup. Pickup in North Central Florida. Our price does not include the butcher's fee for slaughter, cut and wrap, which will be split according to share (whole, half). Butcher fee is $75 + $0.75 per pound cut fee (rail weight) + $0.75 per pound for vacuum seal (rail weight, optional)

   



Pick up hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5pm & Friday 8-3pm. You will receive a notice when your order is ready. Please have this email with you to receive your product. If you're unable to pick your order up during our normal pickup times, please email us at brazeranch@gmail.com. We're happy to accommodate other pickup times.
