Butcher's Choice Box

A 10+ lb hand-packed box built for the freezer, straight from our F1 Angus × Wagyu beef — 50% Wagyu, 50% Angus.

Every box includes:

• 2 Reserve Cuts — our butcher's pick of the most prized steaks in the house: ribeye, New York strip, tenderloin, picanha, or hanger steak.
• 2 House Cuts — everyday grilling favorites: flat iron, sirloin, chuckeye, skirt, flank, or sirloin tip.
• 1 Roast or Braising Cut — built for the slow cooker, smoker, or oven: tri tip, brisket, stew meat, London broil, round/rump/eye of round roast, short ribs, or chuck tender.
• 5 lb Ground Beef — our F1 Angus × Wagyu blend, weeknight-ready by the pound.

Exact cuts vary box to box based on what's available — every box is hand-packed to the same quality and quantity standard, so no two freezers look quite the same. USDA inspected, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen for peak flavor.

Pickups will be available at our ranch in Waldo, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. If you choose local pickup, we will let you know when we can have your order ready and then you can choose the Tuesday or Thursday you would like to pick up.
